Please be aware we have a strict no re-entry policy, which means that once you’ve left, you can’t enter for a second time!
ENTRANCE
Make sure to bring your ID and your tickets. The minimum age for the event is 16+. We cannot grant access to visitors younger than 16. Therefor it is important to take legal identification with you for security to check your age – meaning an ID-card, passport, or driver’s licence. You can scan your ticket through your phone. You will have to scan your tickets on both days to gain access to the festival.
If you can’t find your tickets(s) anymore, don’t worry! You can use this tool. Enter the email address you used to buy the tickets. You will then receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) again.

TRAVEL
Public Transport
OH MY! Festival is within walking distance of the station Stadion Feijenoord. You can reach Stadion Feijenoord by train, tram, or bus. Plan your journey from door to door in advance using the NS-App or via ns.nl, also for your return journey. Be aware that not all destinations can be reached late at night. Check your journey again shortly before departure for the most up-to-date travel advice.
Buy your ticket online before departure to avoid queueing at the ticket machine on the station. If you travel with an OV-Chipkaart, load enough balance onto your card beforehand, also for your return journey. Returning home late at night? Don’t wait until the very last train, as trains are expected to be very busy.

If you are using a GO Sharing scooter, use the designated parking space in parking area P7
Car
If you decide to travel by car, you can park at the by OH MY! indicated visitor parking spots. Our traffic controllers will direct you there. Be aware that parking is always at your own risk. Be smart and book your parking ticket beforehand to secure your spot. You can secure your parking ticket HERE – we can’t guarantee a space if you don’t book in advance. Please note you are only able to pay by card on site.
From 10 AM on June 25 it is only possible to purchase a parking ticket on site. You can save €5 by pre-booking a parking ticket. Navigation adres: Van Zantvlietplein 1, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
WOOV APP
This year we have our own app provided by Woov. With this app you’ll be able to check out the timetable with all your favorite artists. You can download Woov HERE. Plan your OM2022 journey by creating a personal timetable and sharing it with your friends. You can also invite all your festival friends to your group and never lose them again during the festival with the friend finder.

LOCKERS
There will be a limited number of lockers available. Be smart and secure your locker in advance at a reduced price HERE.
CASHLESS
OH MY! Festival will be cashless this year, which means you will only be able to pay with a debit or credit card. There will be limited cash points available where you can top up a prepaid card using cash.
COVID RESTRICTIONS
Currently there are no COVID restrictions, you can attend the festival without a negative Antigen/PCR test result or vaccination certificate.

WHAT TO BRING
You are allowed to bring cameras (no professional cameras), go-pros, folded selfie sticks (max. length 1,5m when unfolded), cigarettes, roll-on deodorant (no spray cans), small umbrella’s (max. length 25cm) and chargers to OH MY! Festival. Sunscreen is allowed in original (small) packaging.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Items that you are not allowed to bring to OH MY! are:
- Hard or soft drugs and laughing gas/nitrous oxide
- Weapons, (fire) arms and/or other dangerous or prohibited items
- Sound recording equipment
- Professional or semi-professional video equipment or cameras (zoom lenses)
- Glass or cans
- Food or (alcoholic) drinks
- Pets
- Fireworks
- Football shirts and/or clothing with discriminatory prints
- Laser items (pens, pointers)
- Bottles containing any type of gas or other substances
- Big umbrellas longer than 25cm
- Flagpoles longer than 1.5m
These items will be thrown out, so please do not bring them to the festival.

FESTIVAL INFORMATION
What are the opening hours of the event?
The festival starts Saturday 25th of June 2022 from 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm and Sunday 26th of June 2022 from 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Can I enter anytime or re-enter?
As long as you are holding a ticket that has not yet been scanned that day, you may enter any time during the event. Ins & outs are not allowed.
Will set times get posted in advance?
Yes. During the days leading up to the festival, set times will be posted via this site, our social media sites, and email updates (sign up for emails at the bottom of this page). Set times will also appear on the festival guide you receive upon entry. Note: The lineup is subject to change.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, you do not need to print your ticket.
Will there be a lost & found?
Yes. Lost & Found services will be available at the venue during and after the event.
Does the venue have ATM's?
Yes, ATMs will be available both inside and outside the venue grounds. Locations will be clearly marked on the festival map.
Can I rent a locker?
You can rent a locker on the festival site. Store your stuff securely, and keep your mobile phone powered up all weekend long.
There is a limited number of lockers available, think ahead and secure your locker in advance and for a reduced-price HERE.
FESTIVAL RULES
I’m under 16. Can I attend with a legal guardian?
No one under the age of 16+ will be allowed into the venue, with or without a guardian.
What kind of ID do I need?
You must present identification to enter the festival and/or buy alcohol. See the complete list of acceptable and unacceptable forms of ID.
What age do I have to be to attend OH MY!?
OH MY! is a festival for people of 16 years and older. Everyone attending OH MY! will be asked to show a valid ID (ID-card, passport or driver’s license) at the entrance. We do not accept photocopies or birth certificates.
What is the bag policy?
Visitors are allowed to bring a handbag as long as it’s not bigger than the size of an A4 paper (approximately 30x20cm). Any bag bigger than that, for instance backpacks or duffel/weekend bags are not allowed.
What is the drug policy?
We conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy, and no soft or hard drugs are allowed in the venue. If this rule is not followed, entry to the festival will be denied.

What is the camera policy for press?
- As long as your equipment is not (semi) professional audiovisual, you can make photos and videos with a digital camera. Our advice is to take as many pictures as you can! You’ll love looking at them again later. For official press accreditation requests please send an email to
TICKETS &
ENTRY
Do I need to personalize my ticket(s)?
Every visitor to OH MY! Festival must personalise their entrance tickets in order to get access to their tickets and thus the festival. After you have personalised, you will receive your ticket(s).
Make sure you have personalised your ticket(s) before June 25th.
How can I personalise my ticket(s)?
Personalizing your tickets is possible immediately after purchase. You can only download the tickets once they have been personalized.
Please follow the steps below to do so:
- After ordering your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with a link to the order page
- Click on the button "Personalize"
- You can then choose to "claim" or "send" the tickets.
If you "claim" the tickets, you put them in your own name. By "sending" you can send the tickets to a friend so that he or she can then put the ticket in their name.
* Did you place an order in 2020/2021? If so, check the confirmation email from Paylogic and click the orange "Order Status" button at the bottom of the in the email to get to the order page.

Can I buy a parking ticket?
Think ahead, book your parking ticket beforehand to secure your spot. You can secure your parking ticket HERE – we can’t guarantee a space if you don’t book in advance. Please note you are only able to pay with card on site.

Am I allowed to travel from The UK to The Netherlands?
From 23 March all travellers from the UK to the Netherlands will not require a negative pre-departure test for travel to the Netherlands, regardless of their vaccination status.

What is included in the Weekend Travel Package?
The weekend travel package includes the following:
- 3-night stay in the hotel of your choice. Check-in on the 24th of June 2022 and check-out on the 27th of June 2022.

For how many people is the Weekend Travel Package?
Most rooms are available for 2 persons, if you would like to book it for 3 persons please contact travel@aldalive.com and we will discuss the possibilities with you
What cancellation policies do apply per hotel?
Each hotel has different cancellation policies which can be found in the description. Cancellations will get refunded excluding transaction and service costs.
How do I cancel my Weekend Travel Package?
If you would like to cancel your booking please contact travel@aldalive.com and we will help you out.
Is it possible to re-sell the Weekend Travel Packages?
No, this is not possible. All bookings are registered on the name of the booker.
Is transport to the Kuip included?
No, this is not included. However, we will offer this at a later stage. Bookers will be informed about this by e-mail.
Where is the closest airport?
The closest airport to the accommodations is Rotterdam the Hague Airport.
What is the nearest train station to the Kuip?
The nearest train station to the Kuip is Rotterdam Stadion. This is located directly next to the venue.
Is it possible to book a late check-out for the 27th of June?
Yes, this is possible based on availability. If you would like to add this, please contact travel@aldalive.com and we will assist you.
Do all bookings include breakfast?
No, some hotels do not include breakfast in the Weekend Travel package. In the description of the hotel, it is mentioned whether breakfast is included or not. If you would like to add breakfast to your booking, please contact travel@aldalive.com and we will assist you.
How can we book travel packages for a group?
If you are interested in booking several packages, please contact travel@aldalive.com and we will assist you.
How many Weekend Travel packages are available?
Limited quantities are available for the Weekend Travel packages.
Does the Weekend Travel package include an entry ticket for Oh My 2022?
No, an entry ticket for Oh My 2022 is not included in the Weekend Travel package.
Is it possible to park my car at the hotel of my choice?
Yes, most hotels have a parking lot. We do recommend you to get in touch with travel@aldalive.com to reserve a parking spot in advance. The costs to reserve a parking spot vary per hotel.
Is it possible to extend the number of nights in my travel package?
This depends on the availability of the hotel by your choice. If you would like to extend your booking, please contact travel@aldalive.com and we will assist you.
How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Once you have paid for your booking you will receive a confirmation by mail. This booking can also be seen in your OH MY! Paylogic account.
What if my country forbids me to travel?
If your country forbids you to travel to The Netherlands, please contact travel@aldalive.com with proof and the hotel will also be refunded.
